ASSARÉE FWO IMPACT INITIATIVE X AMPLIFY

A Collaboration Rooted in Women Supporting Women

The Assarée x Amplify collaboration began long before London – it began years ago in New York, when Phoebe (Studio Reith) and I, Nathalie, first met.

When Phoebe reached out in early 2025 while exploring the idea of a next-gen philanthropic network, the timing aligned with ease. Assarée brought in the blended-finance perspective – a lens central to how we think about influence, responsibility, and capital – and exploring the UK felt like a natural next step in our evolution. What began as a simple exchange quickly grew into a space of shared learning, alignment, and possibility.

From there, Phoebe introduced Amelia (Studio Reith) and Rebecca Elcome (Coveted Events) – three London-based women whose creativity, operational excellence, and warmth aligned beautifully with the way we hold our gatherings at Assarée.

This gathering marks the beginning of Assarée’s work in the UK, and the continued growth of a community of women stepping into greater agency around wealth and impact⚡.

A NEW ERA OF FEMININE INFLUENCE

Across conversations, a shared understanding emerged:
women supporting women is not optional – it is catalytic.

The systems we inherit were not designed with women in mind. Rather than adapting to structures that overlook feminine intelligence, there is a growing desire to shape systems that reflect long-term thinking, relational leadership, and values-led decision-making.

Several themes stood out:

• A new era of female influence
As more wealth transitions into women’s hands, the potential for positive impact across families, businesses, and communities expands significantly.

• Small formats, deep trust
The intimacy of our Experiences proved essential. Trust enables honesty, and honesty enables confidence.

• Systems that work for women
There was strong enthusiasm for ownership, governance, and leadership models that allow women to lead without hardening or conforming.

• Inner work meets outer action
Women consistently emphasised the importance of grounding — aligning identity, values, and inner resilience before stepping into new responsibilities.

• Risk, responsibility, and asking for what you need
A powerful shift was visible: women naming what they need, negotiating consciously, and recognising responsibility as agency rather than burden.

• Choosing aligned alliances
When partners and advisors share values, they become stabilising forces. When they do not, women are building new teams with intention.

• Blended finance across the capital stack
There was genuine interest in how philanthropy can de-risk, activate, and amplify impact – a perspective Assarée is deeply committed to advancing.

London made something undeniable:
women are not only ready to lead – they are ready to lead differently.

REAL WEALTH IS TIME, DISCERNMENT & ALIGNMENT

Real wealth extends far beyond financial capital. It includes clarity of values, discernment of direction, and the ability to choose aligned support. It is the confidence to take up space, to ask questions openly, and to direct energy with intention.

We finished our day at Messums London, where we visited a powerful exhibition of contemporary artists reimagining landscape and our relationship to the natural world. The show invited reflection on observation, environment, and how artistic practice can shift the way we see and engage with both place and self – a fitting close to a day rooted in perspective, presence, and intention.
