WOMEN EMPOWERMENT FOR IMPACT INITIATIVE: GEN Z EDITION
WHY GEN Z?
Many young women carry beliefs like:
“Finance isn’t for me.”
“I don’t know enough.”
“I’ll learn about this later.”
This edition was designed to break that pattern through belonging, honesty and inspiration.
The shift in the room was powerful:
from self-doubt → to curiosity → to confidence.
Not through theory – through storytelling.
Stories reminded us that there is no single entry point into impact:
some journeys begin with a person, a passion, a moment of discomfort – or simply a question we can no longer ignore.
Speaking doubts out loud made them lighter.
Hearing others do the same made us braver.
This is why Assarée has dedicated this FWO edition to Gen Z – creating a space where young women can build confidence around wealth, impact and agency without needing to have everything figured out.
This gathering wasn’t about having the answers.
It was about planting the seed.
BECAUSE SMALL STARTS CHANGE EVERYTHING.
VALUES BEFORE STRATEGY
Before money or technical knowledge, we began with values –
because values quietly shape:
– relationships
– work
– wealth
– identity and contribution
“You are what you invest (your time) in.”
When a woman becomes clear on what matters to her, confidence follows.
Decision-making becomes more intuitive.
She stops outsourcing her power and starts directing it.
We don’t need to be ready to begin shaping the world around us.
We just need to begin.
BECAUSE CLARITY OF VALUES BIRTHS CLARITY OF CHOICE.
THE POWER OF MUSES
This edition was initiated and led by Annina – a long-standing Assarée community member from our Liechtenstein days, who joined our team as an intern this year.
She gathered her peers around this conversation for the first time – a reminder that when one woman steps into her agency, she becomes an amplifier.
This is the essence of Assarée:
women elevating women – in confidence, responsibility and influence.
BECAUSE EMPOWERED WOMEN CREATE MORE EMPOWERED WOMEN.
BEGINNING IS THE IMPACT
There is no required next step – and no “right” next step.
Impact doesn’t start with perfect knowledge or big interventions.
It starts with attention and intention.
For each woman, “starting” may look different:
✨ asking new questions at home
✨ paying attention to what feels aligned (and what doesn’t)
✨ choosing where time and energy go more intentionally
✨ supporting people or projects that matter
✨ inspiring someone else simply by going first
All of it counts.
BECAUSE THE FUTURE IS BUILT BY WOMEN WHO BEGIN.
